When you join the waitlist, Renvy collects your first name, email address, renovation stage and optional postcode.

We may also record how you reached the website, including a referring page, campaign parameters and the part of the site where you opened the waitlist form. Basic website analytics may record page visits and interactions without including your waitlist name or email address.

Renvy uses this information to manage early access, send launch and product communications, understand interest in the product and improve the pre-launch experience.

Your information may be processed by service providers that host the Renvy website, database and communications. Renvy does not use the waitlist to make automated decisions about you.

Waitlist information is retained while Renvy prepares and operates its early-access programme, or until you ask for it to be deleted, subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information Renvy holds about you.
